Biological rhythms work according to our inner clock. Our body needs to rest at night and be active during the day. Once we change the time zone we feel need to adapt to new timing.
Grounding allows us to reconnect with the surface of the Earth. Grounding or earthing technique enhances health and increases feeling of wellbeing. During a warm summer day try to walk bare foot and experience all the benefits of the grounding.
